1. OUR SERVICE

LicenseXpress assists vehicle owners with the renewal of their motor vehicle license discs through a digital and managed service process. By using our service, you authorise us to act on your behalf to obtain and process your vehicle license renewal from the relevant licensing authorities.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are displayed clearly at the time of payment and must be settled in full before we proceed with your renewal. Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners, such as Paystack.

Once payment has been received, we will confirm your renewal details and proceed with the transaction.

All pricing includes administration and service fees unless otherwise stated.

3. DELIVERY OF LICENSE DISCS

Upon successful renewal, your license disc will be delivered either to your dealership or to the physical address provided by you during the confirmation process.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal or courier delays. We will notify you once your renewal has been processed and your disc dispatched.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of this service, once your renewal has been submitted to the authorities, refunds cannot be issued.

If you cancel before we begin processing, we may offer a partial refund, less any administrative or payment processing fees.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for providing:

- Accurate and up-to-date personal and vehicle information.

- Valid proof of residence, ID copy, and any other supporting documents requested.
- LicenseXpress is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent information.

6. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and process your information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Your details will only be used for the purpose of processing your license renewal, communicating with you, and delivering your disc. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every effort is made to ensure prompt and accurate processing, LicenseXpress cannot be held liable for:

- Delays caused by third-party systems (e.g. NaTIS, government departments, couriers).

- Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our service.
